Peak XV Partners' GV Ravishankar and Prosus' Russell Dreisenstock have officially stepped down from BYJU'S board. Their statements confirming their resignations came after the company denied any resignation, calling reports "speculative". Reports had stated that three board members, including Ravishankar, Dreisenstock and Vivian Wu, resigned due to differences with Byju Raveendran.
