At a government school in Haryana with only 19 teachers for 400 students, the school peon Kamal who holds an MSc degree in Physics doubles as the mathematics teacher for students of Class 9. "When the Maths teacher was overburdened with work, he...offered to take some classes. I've heard..the students too enjoyed his class," Deputy District Education officer said.
