Navi Mumbai and Panvel civic bodies have asked residents to vacate 146 'extremely dangerous' buildings. The civic bodies warned that water and electricity supply to these buildings would be disconnected if not vacated. PMC commissioner Mangesh Chitale said owners and residents would be solely responsible in case of a building collapse.
