Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury alleged that people carrying TMC flags tried to attack him while he was campaigning in West Bengal’s Berhampore on Saturday morning. He claimed that TMC supporters resorted to aggressive behaviour, heckling Congress workers with the intent to harm them physically. The Congress said disruptions occurred at multiple points along the permitted route.
