According to the India Skills Report 2026, MBA holders are expected to have the most employability chances in 2026, followed by those with engineering and MCA degrees. This is followed by B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharma, B.Arts, ITI and Polytechnic. Among those with B.Tech degrees, those having Computer Science as a specialisation have the highest chances of getting a job.
