Taliban has issued a new order saying that those who criticise "Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan" scholars and public servants, be it with gesture, word or anything else, will be punished. In the order, Taliban leader Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada said that such actions are considered as "negative propaganda" that "unconsciously helps the enemies".
