People with a competitive worldview are more likely to respect antagonistic bosses than those who see the social world as cooperative and benign, according to a study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. Antagonistic behaviour refers to actions perceived as mean, tough, forceful, etc. "In other words, beastly is in...eye of the beholder," the study's co-author said.
