People whose vehicles do not have a valid FASTag will pay lower fines at toll plazas on National Highways if they pay using UPI from November 15. People with such vehicles will have to pay only 1.25 times the toll fee through UPI, but if they pay the fines in cash, they will have to pay double the toll fee.
