When asked about his plans to join politics, former Reserve Bank of India Governor Raghuram Rajan said that he is perfectly happy with the job he is doing. These speculations had arisen after he recently joined Congress' Bharat Jodo Yatra. "I believe strongly in Indian democracy...communal harmony...Bharat Jodo is integrating India together," Rajan added.
