External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar has said that countries enjoying the benefits of having a permanent membership at United Nations Security Council (UNSC) aren't in a hurry to see reforms. "The credibility of the UN and their own interests and effectiveness are at stake [because of this]," he added. India has been seeking a permanent seat at the UNSC.
