Perplexity has launched 'Personal Computer', an always-on AI operating system that can move across apps and perform tasks on users' behalf. The system runs on a Mac mini and can be controlled from any device. "Every sensitive action requires [human] approval, every action is logged in a full audit trail, and there's a kill switch," Perplexity said.
