Petronet LNG seeks 1% profit commission for directors till FY31

Petronet LNG has proposed retaining a 1% annual profit commission for directors for FY27–FY31, pending shareholder approval. In FY26, MD & CEO Akshay Kumar Singh received ₹26.5 lakh as profit commission. The company posted ₹3,843 crore net profit in FY26. Singh is set to retire in May 2027, with succession planning underway.
