Pfizer plans to lay off more than 200 employees in Switzerland as part of a multi‑year cost‑cutting and restructuring programme. The company will reduce its Swiss workforce from about 300 to roughly 70 by year‑end to lower costs amid declining post‑pandemic revenue, with the changes linked to broader operational realignments and efficiency drives
