API Holdings, which owns and operates online pharmacy PharmEasy, is set to file a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for its IPO next week, Moneycontrol reported. The issue size is likely to be between ₹6,000 crore and ₹6,500 crore and will not comprise any offer-for-sale, the report said. The IPO is expected to value the company at over $7 billion.
