The Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines has announced that church bells would be rung for 15 minutes every night for three months across the northern religious district in protest against President Rodrigo Duterte's drug war. Notably, over 3,400 "drug personalities" have been killed in police operations since Duterte took office in June last year.
