Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has called International Criminal Court (ICC) judges "idiots". He said that the ICC is a mere "creation" of the European Union, which he claimed wanted to spread its "international governance". Notably, the ICC had started an investigation into allegations of crimes against humanity committed by Duterte in his war against drugs.
