Amanda Askell, who has a PhD in Philosophy, has been hired by Anthropic to teach its AI chatbot the difference between right and wrong, Wall Street Journal reported. As per her bio on Anthropic, her team is training the chatbot to be "more honest and to have good character traits". She compared it to parents raising a child, report added.
