Noida-based smartphone maker Lava International has received a three-year order from American conglomerate General Electric (GE) to make hand-held devices for medical use for GE's healthcare division. The smartphone-like devices will reportedly have a portable ultrasound system for diagnosis in cases of emergency. The deal size is expected to be around ₹100-200 crore annually, as per reports.
