PhonePe on Thursday said it has raised $350 million from private equity firm General Atlantic at a pre-money valuation of over $12 billion. With this, the digital payments app has become a decacorn and the most-valued fintech startup in India. The investment marks the first tranche of the company's latest fundraise wherein it'd raise up to $1 billion, PhonePe said.
