PhonePe restored UPI facilities late Friday night after it partnered with ICICI Bank and migrated all Yes Bank UPI handles. The app's users have been allowed to use their existing UPI IDs, ending with @ybl, while ICICI Bank acts as the anchor bank. PhonePe was down for 24 hours after its previous partner Yes Bank was put under a moratorium.
