Photo of Unnao rape accused MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar has been put up on the Independence Day posters published by Unnao Nagar Panchayat Chairman Anuj Kumar Dixit in newspapers. "He's MLA of our area that's why his photo is there. Till the time he's our MLA his photo can be put," Dixit said. Sengar is currently lodged in Tihar jail.
