Punjab Police on Tuesday told journalists that Khalistani leader Amritpal Singh escaped from police on a motorcycle after changing his clothes in a gurdwara. Photos and videos of the Waris Punjab De chief escaping in a car and later on a motorcycle have surfaced on social media. A massive crackdown was launched against Amritpal Singh and his organisation on Saturday.
