PhysicsWallah to buy 50% stake in edtech startup Xylem for ₹500 cr
Edtech unicorn PhysicsWallah will acquire a 50% stake in Kerala-based edtech startup Xylem Learning for ₹500 crore. The acquisition will take place in a phased manner over a period of three years, PhysicsWallah CEO Alakh Pandey told PTI. He further stated that PhysicsWallah will look at mergers and acquisitions in the south.
