Physicswallah approved investment of around ₹120 crore in wholly owned subsidiary FinZ Finance through a rights issue. The capital infusion aims to strengthen working capital and support expansion of the NBFC business. FinZ Finance commenced operations in March 2026 after receiving RBI NBFC licence in September 2025. Physicswallah shares traded at ₹112 during Wednesday’s session.
