British millionaire Colin Armstrong, who was kidnapped from his home in Ecuador last weekend, has been rescued by police. Police in Ecuador have also released a picture after rescuing him and wrote, "At the moment he is safe and healthy. Nine people have been arrested." His girlfriend Katherine Paola Santos was also kidnapped but she was rescued earlier.
