A picture of RPF constable Chetan who allegedly shot four people dead on Jaipur-Mumbai train on Monday has surfaced online. RPF Assistant Sub-Inspector Tikaram Meena was among the people shot dead on the train. He was arrested by police after he jumped off the train in an attempt to escape.
