A 16-inch-tall cow was brought to Pushkar Mela in Rajasthan by its owner Abhinav Tiwari. The cow, which he brought from Jaipur's Bagru along with other cows of different breeds, is believed to be among the smallest at the fair this year. Some of the most expensive livestock in India, including a 23-crore buffalo, were also seen at the fair.
