A picture clicked by New York Times photographer Doug Mills shows a bullet flying just behind former US President Donald Trump when he was addressing a campaign event in Pennsylvania. Trump said the bullet pierced the upper part of his right ear. Soon after being attacked, he got up and pumped a fist in the air.
