A picture showed the fractured skull of Block Development Officer (BDO) Ritesh Kumar Singh, who was injured in stone-pelting during protests against the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak in Bihar. A video of the incident has also surfaced showing the BDO being hit by a heavy object before he immediately collapsed onto the road. Blood was seen gushing from his head.
