The iconic Tower Bridge in London was stuck in an open position on Thursday, bringing traffic to a standstill, a picture of which surfaced. The bridge was opened to allow a boat to pass underneath but struggled to close again, reported The Independent. "A lot of traffic [built up] with two tourist buses waiting on the bridge," an eyewitness said.
