NASA has shared a new image from the Hubble Space Telescope showing stars forming in the Trifid Nebula, about 5,000 light-years from Earth. NASA said the region has been shaped for at least 3,00,000 years by massive stars whose winds create gas and dust bubbles, triggering star formation. The telescope observed the Trifid in 1997 and now, 29 years later.
