Pictures of the original menu cards for the first and third-class passengers of the Titanic have gone viral on social media. The menus are dated April 14, 1912, a day before the ship sank. As per the images, the first-class menu included consomme fermier (clear soup), fillets of brill, chicken à la Maryland, corned beef, cockie leekie vegetables and dumplings.
