Pictures of partially frozen Niagara Falls amid "bomb cyclone" in US have gone viral on social media. The pictures were shared by Twitter user Escondido Weather Observer. "During particularly cold temperatures, mist and spray begin to form a crust of ice over top of rushing water, making it appear as though Falls have in fact stopped," Niagara Parks website said.
