Pictures showing the annual 'La Tomatina' festival in the Spanish town of Bunol have been shared online. Around 22,000 participants took part in the festival that involves hurling tonnes of over-ripe tomatoes at each other. According to the Tomatina's official website, the festival originated during a brawl that ensued in 1945.
