After Kolkata received heavy rainfall on Saturday, taxiways at the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport were flooded. Videos from the airport showed planes parked on waterlogged taxiways. Meanwhile, the airport's official X handle posted that flight operations are proceeding normally despite the continuous downpour. "Both runway and all taxiways are fully operational," it further said.
