Police were seen deployed outside the residence of 'Waris Punjab De' chief Amritpal Singh's residence on Sunday, hours after he was declared a 'fugitive' by the Punjab Police. Security was tightened across the state after Singh escaped arrest by the police on Saturday. At least 78 people linked to the Khalistani outfit were arrested on Saturday.
