Oregon Police have announced the capture of a pig, known to them as 'Piggy Smalls' after late rapper The Notorious BIG. The police said Piggy Smalls "has allegedly been harassing residents in the Hawthorne neighborhood... over the last several months." It added, "Smalls, alias Notorious... has eluded capture by authorities until now," and will be sent to an animal shelter.
