The pilot of F-7 Bangladesh Air Force jet that crashed into a school campus attempted to steer the aircraft away from densely populated areas, reported Daily Star, citing Inter Services Public Relations. Flight Lieutenant Towkir Islam Sagar tried steering jet toward a sparsely inhabited zone before dying in the crash. At least 19 people lost their lives in the crash.
