Pine Labs' ₹3,900-crore IPO will open for subscription from November 7 to November 11 at a price band of ₹210-221 per share. The offering comprises of fresh issue of shares valued at ₹2,080 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 8.23 crore shares by existing investors. Retail investors will have access to 10% of shares.
