Pine Labs announced that it has acquired Malaysian loyalty and cashback platform Fave in a cash-and-stock deal worth $45 million. Post acquisition, Fave founders will remain at the company and lead the overall consumer platform. Fave's investors will receive an all-cash payout, while founders and key Fave employees will receive both cash and shares of Pine Labs, the companies said.
