Digital payments unicorn Pine Labs' parent company has converted itself into a public entity ahead of its initial public offering, Entrackr reported citing regulatory filings. The Singapore-based holding company has been renamed from Pine Labs Pte to Pine Labs Limited. Pine Labs is likely to list in the US and is eyeing a valuation of $5 billion, reports said.
