Pinterest has appointed Andrea Wishom, Skywalker Holdings President, as its board member. The appointment makes her the first Black board member and the third female board member. Her appointment comes amid gender and racial discrimination allegations levelled against the firm by former employees. Pinterest's former COO Françoise Brougher has alleged she was "treated unfairly" due to her gender.
