A video has surfaced online showing a massive jet of water bursting through the middle of the newly built road in Pune's Talegaon Dabhade. The incident occurred during the testing of a new water supply pipeline laid beneath the road as part of a scheme. An inspection reportedly revealed that contractor had failed to properly connect sections of underground pipeline.
