Piramal Enterprises Ltd will consider raising funds up to ₹300 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs), according to an exchange filing. It added that out of the total funds, ₹200 crore would go to green-shoe option at a face value of ₹1 lakh each. The firm had approved proposal to raise around ₹450 crore by public issuance of NCDs in February.
