Piramal Pharma Solutions on Wednesday said that it will acquire a 100% stake in Hemmo Pharmaceuticals for ₹775 crore. This is the company's third pharmaceutical acquisition this fiscal. "With the addition of Hemmo's capabilities, Piramal Pharma will gain access to the growing peptide API market and enhance its ability to offer integrated services to customers globally," the company said.
