Finance Minister Piyush Goyal on Friday became the first Chartered Accountant (CA) to present a Budget. The 54-year-old, who's also the Union Minister of Corporate Affairs, Railways and Coal, was an all-India second-rank holder CA and second-rank holder in Law from Mumbai University. Goyal has been an investment banker and also served on boards of SBI and Bank of Baroda.
