Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal has asked Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) to summon Flipkart and Amazon on Thursday over allegations of abusing the FDI policy. The e-commerce giants were accused of practising predatory pricing, deep discounting, loss funding and exclusivity of various products by traders' body CAIT. Goyal had met with CAIT on Wednesday.
