Delhi CM Rekha Gupta said Delhi government aims to make the national capital "most livable" city in the world by 2047. Speaking at NITI Aayog's Governing Council meeting, Gupta said her government is working to make Delhi a green economy. "Our goal is that everyone has access to nutritious food, clean water, Delhi becomes garbage-free, global cultural centre," she said.
