Investigators said preliminary data shows that the plane and military helicopter that collided and killed 67 people in US' Washington, DC had an altitude difference of 100ft when they crashed. The plane was at 325ft while Black Hawk helicopter was at 200ft altitude, with the over 100ft gap remaining unexplained. Investigators said a second before impact, the plane's pitch changed.
