Dunzo is planning an initial public offering (IPO) in the next three years, the startup's Co-founder and CEO Kabeer Biswas told Moneycontrol. Dunzo on Thursday announced it raised $240 million led by Reliance Retail at a valuation of $775 million. Speaking about why he went with Reliance's investment, Biswas said, "We wanted to be able to build an independent business."
